The Plant Doctor

Application Development & GUI

The Plant Doctor is an application with a clean, intuitive GUI that diagnoses problems in houseplants. It searches user input to provide recommendations for houseplant care. This was my semester project for Application Development I, which involved Python, Tkinter, and CustomerTkinter.

Porch Light Bakery

Logo Design & Brand Identity

Porch Light Bakery is my aunt’s company, and she asked me to design a logo and business cards for her. She wanted the name and design to feel homey and feminine, yet clean and professional.

Hope Church

Website Design

My dad is the pastor at Hope Church, and his team requested that I redesign the church’s website. This site, which has over 30 custom-built pages, is currently under maintenance and expected to be live early 2025. This website was built with WordPress, Avada, and custom HTML & CSS.

I am passionate about combining graphic design and coding to create beautiful, easy-to-use interfaces. My education in marketing has taught me how to prioritize the end user in every step of the development process.

Outside of work and school, I love learning about plants, cooking, and reading mystery books. My ideal weekend includes teaching myself new skills–ranging from new coding languages to music production.
